Mobility is one of the most crucial pieces to the puzzle of the human body. Without good mobility, you are limiting what your body is capable of performing.
Mobility is a term used to describe the movement capabilities of two aspects of the body, your muscles and joints. When we refer to joint mobility, we are observing the the range of motion that is allowed by the different joints throughout the body. When we refer to muscular mobility, we are observing the flexibility of the various muscles that run through our bodies.
By keeping both our joints and muscles at their peak mobility, we are enabling our bodies to perform as best they can.
